Since the beginning of 2020, VBB Vietnam Company – We are an experienced organizer of online trade promotion meetings and events in Vietnam.
Due to Covid 19, all exhibitions and events in Vietnam and in the world have been affected seriously. Most of events have been cancelled or delayed and country borders have been closed or restricted. However, the business is still going on, the manufacturers and suppliers have a big demand of finding new customers in foreign markets.
Therefore, we have started to organize online B2B meetings and events for buyer searching and business cooperation. Our customers are Chamber of commerce, associations, exhibition organizers, manufacturers, private companies. They are from Italy, China, Russia, Korea and etc.
Not only foreign businesses are looking for Vietnamese customers, but now many Vietnamese businesses are looking for partners to export goods (food, components, medical equipment, engineering plastic molds, etc.).
For business events (seminar and conference of a typical industry), we support to invite important speakers, arrange interpreters. Meetings can be diversified from meetings for one supplier or a group of suppliers (from an association, a chamber of commerce or etc) with their potential customers in Vietnam or abroad.

y invite partners/buyers, we also contact, instruct each buyer how to use the software and meet them in advance to avoid the technical problem of joining in the meeting. For a single meeting, it is a bit easier but many people can not use it well without using it in advance. For big events with many online rooms at the same time, the instruction and practice are important.
